Turbo Accelerator

A product of FACT Engineering’s in-depth experience with industrial steel cutting lasers, the Turbo Accelerator increases the cutting capacity of your Epilog Mini Laser significantly, by altering the air assist to a high pressure coaxial system. Cuttings speeds with the Turbo Accelerator retrofit are typically boosted from between 70% to 100%.

The Turbo Accelerator is an easy, user-installed upgrade to the air assist system, that increases the vector cutting speed by as much as 100%—even more, for some materials.

The Turbo Acclerator fits the Epilog Mini 18, Mini24 and & Helix 24 lasers.

Benefits of the Turbo Accelerator

Increased vector cutting speed. Typical results are 70% to 100% speed increase for the same power setting; perform up to twice the work in the same time!
Lower power settings. Instead of using a faster cut, you can lower the power setting, giving you a more efficient, cooler running laser.
Longer laser life. Getting the job done faster allows you to reduce overall laser time, prolonging the life of the laser tube.
Cleaner cut. The Turbo Accelerator enables the laser to make a much cleaner cut when cutting
plastics and heavier plywood—your hands are now clean instead of black!
Recoup Thousands of Dollars in Operating Costs
• Increased cutting speed saves on labor—a cost savings potential of thousands of dollars, over the life of the laser.
• Prolonged laser tube life—a potential doubling for the same amount of work, deferring a replacement cost of over a thousand dollars.
• Protects the focus lens, extending its life and delaying repair costs.
• If your production is at full capacity, you could postpone having to invest in a second laser cutter.
